Bidders must submit one (1) primary offer form per unique facility/location. This project should be the largest size and most competitive offer that meets all compliance requirements. Depending on the project type, bidders may submit additional offer forms. Refer to the RFO protocol for more details on number of offers.
- RPS-eligible generation plus storage, and standalone storage projects:Projects that include storage must have a duration of either a) 4 hours or b) 8+ hours. For bidders whose primary offer has storage with a 4-hour duration, bidders may submit one (1) additional offer form for a given unique facility/location only if the additional offer differs from the original one by the storage duration and has a duration of 8 or more hours.
- Firm and shaped RPS-energy products: Projects with shaped and firm products may submit up to two (2) additional offer forms. Each offer should represent a different energy profile.
