Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Dartmouth College.

Alison Beyer is a Principal at Rubicon Technology Partners, where she focuses on investment strategy and portfolio company growth. She currently serves on the boards of Ascend Analytics, EverTrue, and Vimly, and previously served on the board of Vision Government Solutions prior to its sale.

Prior to joining Rubicon, Alison was a Vice President at KPS Capital Partners, where she executed private equity transactions across a range of industries. Earlier in her career, she worked at Credit Suisse as an investment banking analyst in the consumer and retail group, supporting mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

Alison brings experience in investment execution, governance, and strategic growth initiatives, supporting management teams and boards in driving long-term value creation.
