Ms. Westhof serves as Head of the PMO at Ascend Analytics, where she leads operational excellence initiatives that enable the company to scale its software and consulting business while delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Ms. Westhof drives cross-functional execution, strengthens business operations, and builds the processes and infrastructure that support sustainable growth.

With more than 12 years of leadership experience in operations, program management, and strategy, Ms. Westhof has a proven track record of transforming complex organizations. Prior to Ascend, Ms. Westhof served as Vice President of the Project Management Office at Noodle Partners, where she led enterprise delivery for a $66 million client portfolio, overseeing delivery execution, financial performance, revenue forecasting, and scalable operating processes that improved customer experience and accelerated growth.

Ms. Westhof holds a BA in Sociology and Development Studies from the University College Utrecht and a Master of Science in Economics and International Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
