2024 Clean Energy and Reliability RFP Submission Form

Respondents should use the below form to submit their proposal. Each submission package must include a project narrative, a primary offer form, a redlined term sheet document, and a signed vendor campaign contribution disclosure form. Respondents may also include an alternative offer form, executed NDA, audited financial statements, interconnection study, and any additional supporting documents. An automatic email will be sent out to confirm the receipt of the submission package. Submissions are due on May 22, 2024 at 5:00 pm Pacific Time.
