Dr. Fisher leads Ascend Analytics’ valuation team, delivering bankable asset valuations and revenue forecasts for merchant storage across project development, finance, and analytics to support developers and investors throughout the project lifecycle. His doctoral research at Carnegie Mellon University focused on the technical, economic, and emissions impacts of distributed energy storage, including the development of battery optimization models across retail and wholesale value streams. Dr. Fisher’s experience spans solar, energy storage, demand response, and distributed energy systems, with a focus on translating complex analytics into actionable, investment-grade insights.
